We are frequently asked about our specialty die-cutting equipment; this is what allows us to run jobs quickly and efficiently for our customers. Die Cutting Equipment:
Beam Presses. We have 11 beam presses that range up to 120 tons and cut up to 84” in width. These are go-to, reliable machines for long-term jobs on most materials.
Clamshell Platen Presses. We have 4 platen presses that range up to 80 tons and cut up to 40” in width. These are a good choice when cutting thin plastic materials and reinforcements.
Flatbeds. Roylco Industrial has 3 large flatbed presses for jobs that cut thin plastics, chipboards, or papers. They go range up to 400 tons and cut up to 42” in width.
Traveling Head. For maximum efficiency, our team uses a traveling head press for high-volume, small part die cutting projects.
Clicker. We have a small clicker that we use for prototyping or specialty projects on occasion. This allows us to leave out the high mark-up for small-volume jobs.
Our Value Add Equipment ensures that your project does not need to slow down for an extra stop along the supply chain:
Knife Cutters. We have 4 large knife cutters that we use to prep materials or cut simple jobs.
Sheeters. We have 2 large sheeters on-hand as some materials cut more efficiently off sheets rather than rolls.
Laminators. Our team can laminate materials with PSA to save cost on expensive inputs.
