Roylco Industrial has been serving manufacturers since 1969. Founded in Anderson, South Carolina, we have spent more than 50 years building expertise in precision die cutting, lamination, and material converting — with a focus on getting every part right, every time.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for die cutting services, which means our quality management system is independently audited and our production processes are documented, repeatable, and traceable. We are also a certified Women's Business Enterprise through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), a credential recognized by major corporations and government procurement programs as a mark of supplier diversity compliance.

Our facility operates flatbed presses capable of cutting parts from 1×2mm to 84" wide, across materials including foam, felt, EPDM, Thinsulate, thermal ceramics, rubber, cork, polycarbonate, leather, and more. We cut to OEM specifications including BMW TL, DBL, GMW, and Ford WSS/WSK, and support programs from quick-turn prototypes to high-volume production.

Quality is built into our process — not inspected in at the end. If a problem is identified at any stage, from material selection to final inspection, we address it before a part ships. That commitment is why our customers have been coming back for decades.
